All of our digital downloads are
320kbps MP3s.
We don't use any Digital Rights Management on our downloads. So you can easily put them
on your iPod, burn them to a CD & listen to them in your car.
Payment Methods -back to top-
We accept credit cards (Visa,
MasterCard), PayPal, money
order, or well concealed cash (at your own risk!). We also accept
checks, although this payment method forces
us to hold your order for at least 2 weeks to allow bank clearance.
Sorry,
no exceptions. All other payment methods, listed above, ship within 3
days
after we receive them. If the cart on the web site is down, orders paid
by credit card must be phoned in to our Mail Order Department at (312) 492-9634 or emailed

Return Policy -back to top-
We accept returns ONLY on
defective merchandise or if we screw up your order. All credits are
payable in Thrill Jockey vouchers only. Be sure to get in touch before
returning any items. Contact orders [at] thrilljockey [dot] com regarding all mail order returns. You must have our permission to
return any merchandise for credit.

Domestic (US) customers:
You have three domestic
shipping options: UPS Ground Shipping, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS
Media Mail. Due to the constant increases in postage rates, we still are offering the Media Mail service at a low flat rate of $3.00, no matter the size of your order. We here at Thrill
Jockey will continue to offer the premium shipping services that we
have always offered, however realize that not all of you are as
concerned with time sensitivity. For more information on these
services, see below.
Note: Thrill
Jockey is not responsible for any lost/damaged parcels shipped via the
USPS unless additional Insurance or Registered services are purchased
and applied to the order in question. UPS
Ground service offers free insurance and tracking services.
UPS Ground : This option takes about 1-5 days depending
on the destination. Cost is a flat fee of $10.00 for orders of any size
and automatically includes insurance and tracking services. Shipping only to
regular business or residential addresses excludes PO Boxes.
Sorry. Also, please be sure that the shipping address you submit is
completely correct; any address changes during transit will result in
an additional $5.50 charge to your credit card.
- USPS
Priority Mail : Provides swift delivery. Usually takes 2-3
days for delivery depending on destination. Insurance is optional, but we strongly suggest that you consider this service.
Thrill Jockey will not be responsible for any lost parcels which have
not applied insurance. No exceptions.
USPS Media
Mail: This service is available for a flat fee of $3.00 no matter the size of your order. Delivery times vary based on destination but usually you should allow 3-7 business days for delivery. Insurance is also offered for all parcels shipped via Media Mail. Please note that apparel items cannot be
shipped via Media Mail.
Airmail/International
customers:
We will ship via USPS First Class Mail International (previously called Airmail) only. Each International order will
be charged according to actual parcel weight and costs, which are
calculated during checkout on our website. You have the option of adding the Registered Mail service at an additional charge. Registry service provides security and limited indemnity protection for First Class Mail International
